  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken & cook 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from skillet & shred.
  2. In a large bowl, add lettuce, cabbage, chicken, oranges, ramen noodles, carrots, green onions & almonds. Toss to combine.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss to combine & serve.
