  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In a medium bowl, add flour. In a separate bowl, add eggs & whisk. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning & pepper. To bread steaks, dip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mix, shaking off excess between steps.
  3. Add milanesas to air fryer basket in a single layer, lightly coat with cooking spray & cook 3 minutes per side until browned & crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, add salad greens, tomatoes, radishes, & avocado. Toss to combine. Serve milanesas with rice & salad.
