  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add beef, onion & garlic. Cook 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger & red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine. Add sauce & simmer 3-5 minutes until sauce is thickened.
  4. Serve beef over rice. Top with cucumber, cabbage, carrot, green onions & sesame seeds.
