Shrimp cooked in a spicy tomato sauce with onions, bell peppers, and homemade Cajun seasoning. Served over rice for a bold, flavorful meal!

- Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside.
- In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic & seasoning. Cook 3-5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add shrimp, tomato sauce, hot sauce & Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Simmer 5-8 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, add cornstarch & water. Stir to combine. Add cornstarch slurry to pot & stir. Cook another 2-3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
- Serve stew over rice topped with parsley.
