  1. In a blender, add milk, eggs, butter, zest, juice & both flours. Blend on high until combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, add yogurt, cream cheese & honey. Whisk until light & fluffy. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium. Lightly coat with cooking spray & pour 1/4 cup batter in center of pan. Swirl to thinly spread batter over entire pan. Cook 30 seconds on each side. Continue until all batter is used.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp of filling to each crepe, top with strawberries & fold. Serve topped with remaining strawberries.
