  1. To a blender add chipotle peppers, tomatoes & lime juice. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. In a slow cooker, add chicken, onion, garlic & chipotle pepper mixture. Stir to so that all ingredients are covered in sauce. Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 6 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken & shred with a fork. Return to slow cooker & toss shredded chicken in sauce.
  4. To serve tostada shells, add chicken & top with lettuce, cilantro, yogurt, & avocado.
