- Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into 1″ inch pieces.
- Once boiling, add potatoes to water and reduce heat to medium. Cook 30 minutes.
- 8-10 minutes before potatoes are done, add cauliflower to stockpot.
- Once potatoes and cauliflower are fork-tender, remove from heat and drain. Return cauliflower and potatoes to stockpot.
- Add yogurt and milk to stockpot. Mash until ideal consistency is reached.
