- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a large glass baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add bread, onion, celery, cranberries, walnuts, apples, thyme and pepper. Mix well. Add broth and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender and bread is slightly toasted.
