  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a large glass baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add bread, onion, celery, cranberries, walnuts, apples, thyme and pepper. Mix well. Add broth and stir to combine.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender and bread is slightly toasted.
