  1. In a large bowl, add cabbage, apple, radish, onion and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. In a small jar, add honey, vinegar, water, oil, celery seed, ground mustard and pepper. Shake or stir until combined.
  3. Add dressing to cabbage mix and toss. Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
