  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, add oil, egg, brown sugar, bananas and vanilla. Whisk together. In a separate bowl, add flour, oats, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Lightly coat two baking sheets with cooking spray. Use a tablespoon to drop dough on baking sheets.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
