- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, add brussels sprouts, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix to combine.
- Spread brussels sprouts evenly on baking sheet. Roast 15 minutes, or until crispy.
- In a large bowl, add parmesan, cranberries, walnuts, mayo and breadcrumbs. Toss to combine. Add brussels sprouts and mix well. Enjoy warm!
