  1. In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add pork and garlic. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Add onion, cauliflower rice, peas and carrots, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, eggs, green onion and lime juice. Stir fry quickly until cauliflower is soft and eggs are cooked.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
