- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium high. In a large bowl, add chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Stir to combine. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 minutes, until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil, onion and peppers. Cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5-7 minutes or until water is removed. Add tomatoes and broccoli. Cook 3-5 minutes.
- Add parmesan, cream and milk to stockpot with pasta. Mix well, reduce heat to low and cook 3-5 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and serve.
