  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium. Add chicken, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning and pepper. Mix well. Cook 7-8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add milk and flour. Cook 2-3 minutes stirring throughout. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and reduce heat to medium. Cook 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vegetables and cheese. Mix well. Simmer another 4-5 minutes, or until pasta is tender and vegetables are warm.
