- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a large baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onion is tender. Add vegetables and cook 2-3 minutes, until slightly defrosted.
- In a medium bowl, add broth, milk, and flour. Whisk to combine. Add mixture to skillet, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pot pie filling to baking dish spreading evenly and top with a layer of tater tots.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
