  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Add half of the lime juice and 1/4 cup cilantro. Fluff with fork and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high. Add salmon to skillet and sprinkle with pepper. Cook salmon 5-6 minutes, or until golden. Flip over and cook another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet add garlic. Cook 1-2 mins. Stir in broth, remaining lime juice, honey and cumin. Bring mixture to a simmer. Stir in remaining cilantro.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add salmon to the skillet. Simmer 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced and the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice.
