  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a foil-wrapped sheet pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl combine almonds, 1/4 cup parmesan, dill, garlic, pepper, half of the lemon juice and 1 Tbsp oil. Place fish on one side of baking sheet and spread mustard on each filet. Top with almond mixture and use fork to press into mustard.
  3. In the same bowl, add broccoli, remaining parmesan and oil. Toss to combine. Evenly spread broccoli on the other side of baking sheet.
  4. Bake 7-9 minutes, or until fish is cooked through, flaking easily with a fork. Top with remaining lemon juice and serve.
