  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add beef, onion and garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes, crumbling meat throughout.
  2. Add zucchini and mushrooms. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and basil. Break pasta in half and press into sauce. Spoon tomato sauce over pasta until covered. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  4. Top with cheese and serve.
