  1. Prepare ramen according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, honey, cilantro and onions. Set aside.
  3. In a large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and pork. Cook 4-5 minutes, or until pork is browned on all sides, stirring throughout.
  4. Add stir-fry mix and mushrooms. Mix well. Add honey-soy mixture and toss to coat. Sauté 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Stir in ramen and cook 3-4 minutes or until ramen is heated through.
