  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add beef, minced onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, parsley, mint, oil and pepper. Mix with hands until well-combined. Shape into 20-24 meatballs.
  3. Spread meatballs evenly on baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until browned.
  4. Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce, cucumber, tomato, sliced onion and pita bread to make a Greek-style platter.
