  1. In a large deep skillet, heat oil over medium. Add garlic and onion. Saute 3-4 minutes or until onions are tender.
  2. Add broth to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in wild rice and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in ham and broccoli. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve topped with cheese.
