  1. In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage, bell pepper and onion. Toss together.
  2. In a small bowl, mix jalapeño, garlic, lime zest and juice and chili powder. Once those are incorporated, add olive oil and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing into the large bowl with the other ingredients and toss thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve and top with chopped cilantro!
