  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly coat a 8×8 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together ranch, mustard, and pepper.
  3. Add spinach to baking dish. Add half of mustard sauce and stir to combine.
  4. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Place fish in an even layer in dish. Top with remaining mustard sauce.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.

Tips
