  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat a small skillet over low. Add peanut butter, 1/4 cup jelly and water. Cook 2-3 minutes or until smooth, stirring throughout.
  3. In a large bowl add oats and warm peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and top with remaining jelly. Bake 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Slice into 12 bars and serve!
