  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add oil, paprika, and oregano. Mix to combine and set oil mixture aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons oil mixture and potatoes. Toss to coat. Spread evenly on one side of the baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender.
  4. Remove baking sheet from oven. Add salmon and top with remaining oil mixture. Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. In a large bowl, add avocados, cilantro, lime juice, and oranges. Mix to combine.
  6. Serve salmon and potatoes topped with citrus salsa.
