  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a large glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add cornmeal, baking powder and milk. Mix well. Stir in yogurt, eggs and corn.
  3. In a separate bowl, add chicken, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic powder and cheese. Mix to combine. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish. Top with cornmeal mixture.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. To check, insert a knife in the middle. If ready, it will come out clean.

    I’m sorry I’m not trying to be mean but, I just made this recipe for my family and it is not accurate . I followed the recipe exactly and it didn’t turn out well. If you check your YouTube video it doesn’t match in how it is prepared. The recipe here and the video on YouTube aren’t prepared the same.
