  1. In a large bowl combine turkey, egg whites, bread and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape into 16 meatballs, each about the size of a golf ball.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add meatballs and cook 15 minutes turn until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in corn, broth, beans, tomatoes, lime juice and cumin. Reduce heat to medium. Partially cover and cook an additional 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked thoroughly. Stir in cilantro and serve.
