  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, water and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high. Season chicken with pepper and add to skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add peas and carrots. Cook 4-5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add soy sauce mixture and combine with stir fry. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

    It says easy meals for beginners but what I’m looking for has the same name but there are only a few ingredients and very easy cooking instructions. This doesn’t look like what I’m looking for do you know the group this belongs to ?
