  1. Cook lentils according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin and paprika. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft and slightly browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce. Mix well and simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked lentils to the skillet and stir together.
  4. Serve lentil mixture on a whole-wheat bun topped with shredded cheese!
