  1. Preheat oven to 425F with rack close to top.
  2. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add walnuts, oats and cinnamon. Toss to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and applesauce. Drizzle over apple and oats mixture. Toss to combine.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Spread apple and oats mixture evenly. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and apples reach desired tenderness.
