Cheesy Tomato Bake

Preheat oven to 450℉.
Lightly coat pie dish with cooking spray. Place pie crust dish.
Spread mustard evenly on pie crust leaving space around edges. Sprinkle cheese over mustard evenly and top with Italian seasoning.
Add tomatoes on top of cheese and drizzle olive oil. Fold pie crust over tomatoes to make a crust. Brush crust edge with egg.
Bake 15-20 min, or until crust is golden brown, tomatoes are bubbling and cheese is melted.
