  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high. Add celery, onion and garlic. Sauté 2 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper, sauté another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.
