  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Toss asparagus in 1 Tbsp olive oil & spread on baking sheet.
  2. Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness of stalks) until fork tender.
  3. While baking, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder & remaining olive oil in a small bowl.
  4. Remove asparagus from oven, toss in lemon juice & zest & top with garlic breadcrumb mixture.
