- Preheat oven to 475Ā°F.
- Cut off ends of zucchini and squash. Chop lengthwise into Ā¼ inch thick veggie fries. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
- In a large, zip-close bag add flour, cornmeal, cheese, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder. Seal bag and shake until mixed well.
- Dip fries in egg mixture and place inside bag.
- Seal and shake bag until fries are coated with flour mixture.
- Cover a large baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Spread fries evenly on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce. In a small bowl, add yogurt, garlic and hot sauce. Mix well.
- Once fries are golden brown, turn over and bake another 8-10 minutes.

Tips
- Serve fries with other tasty dips like spicy marinara or homemade ranch dip!
- Change spices to give fries a different flavor. We like Italian seasoning or cayenne pepper!
