  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add both flours, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash bananas with fork. Add peanut butter and yogurt. Mix well. Add sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add in dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45 minutes, or until top is browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and cut into 8 slices.
