  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray & set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add both flours, baking soda & salt. Stir to combine. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash bananas with fork. Add peanut butter & yogurt. Mix well. Add sugar, egg & vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add in dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45 minutes, or until top is browned & a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool & cut into 8 slices.
