- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and spices. Rub mixture all over pork. Transfer to large slow cooker.
- Pour broth and vinegar over pork. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
- Transfer pork to cutting board and shred using 2 forks, then return to slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and toss until pork is evenly coated.
- Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions.
- Serve rice in a large bowl, topped with pulled pork, slaw and cheese!
