  1. Prepare rice according to package directions, set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk to combine and set aside.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add salmon and cook undisturbed 3-4 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes, until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Pour sauce into skillet and stir to coat salmon. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve salmon over rice, top with fresh carrots, cucumber, green onions, and thawed edamame.
