  1. Cook couscous according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and couscous. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, juice, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.  For a more intense flavor refrigerate 1-2 hours and serve chilled.
