  1. In a zip-close bag, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and Greek seasoning. Add chicken and toss until well-coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, oil and pepper for dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, add cucumber, onions, tomato, parsley and rice. Stir in dressing and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken and slice. Serve chicken over tabouli salad.
