  1. In a medium bowl add pepper flakes, oil, vinegar, garlic, herbs and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions. Fluff with fork and set aside.
  3. In a large deep skillet, heat oil over medium. Add chicken and onion.  Cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add tomatoes, peas and rice. Sauté 3-4 minutes, stirring throughout.
  5. Pour chimichurri over skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Top with yogurt and fresh herbs.
