- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Gently ladle each egg into the pot. Boil 12 minutes and remove from heat.
- Drain immediately and fill pot with cold water and ice. Let eggs sit in cold water 5 minutes, or until cool.
- Peel eggs under cold running water. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks with a spoon into a medium bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork. Add yogurt, mayo and mustard. Mix well. Divide yolk mixture into two bowls. Add sweet ingredients in one and savory in the other. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Serve topped with paprika.
