- Fill a large pot with water & bring to a boil. Gently ladle each egg into the pot. Boil 12 minutes & remove from heat.
- Drain immediately & fill pot with cold water & ice. Let eggs sit in cold water 5 minutes, or until cool.
- Peel eggs under cold running water. Slice eggs in half lengthwise & carefully remove yolks with a spoon into a medium bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork. Add yogurt, mayo & mustard. Mix well. Divide yolk mixture into two bowls. Add sweet ingredients in one & savory in the other. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Serve topped with paprika.
